The Gebuwin manual screw winch has a gearbox that consists of a screw shaft and a wheel. This gearbox provides friction loss and 50% of the braking system. The load pressure brake provides the remaining 50%. These reels also have a second drive shaft that gives the user the option of two speeds. The combination of the brake system and the robust construction results in very safe lifting and pulling of the winch.
