The Gebuwin manual screw winch has a gearbox that consists of a screw shaft and a wheel. This gearbox provides friction loss and 50% of the braking system. The load pressure brake provides the remaining 50%. The combination of the brake system and the robust construction results in very safe lifting and pulling of the winch.
